At the heart of Home and Baby Co. is Cierra Johnson Barnes, a former West Coast nanny with firsthand insight into what makes a caregiver exceptional. After returning to her Midwest roots, Cierra felt a deep calling to support families in her community by connecting them with nannies who are not only qualified, but deeply aligned with their values and routines.

Beyond her work with families, Cierra brings over 15 years of experience in local television news—a career that sharpened her instincts as a communicator, connector, and advocate. She is passionate about uplifting others and remains actively involved in civic life through organizations such as the Junior League of Columbus, The Links, Incorporated (Twin Rivers Chapter), the King Arts Complex Women’s Board, and the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Development Board.
